TERMS OF USE

“KAK DOMA FZCO” AND THE CLIENT

Unless otherwise follows from this Agreement, the words and expressions used in these Terms will have the same meaning as the words and expressions named in the Public Offer. The Client hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions for the provision of services by “Kak Doma FZCO”:
2.1. When registering the Client on the Company's website (acceptance) and specifying the Registration and Personal data by the Client, the Client is fully responsible for their accuracy and completeness. At the same time, the Company strongly recommends that the Client not use a singleword password, a password that matches the login, use a consecutive combination of numbers as a password, use an identical password-login pair in other Internet resources.
2.2. The Client undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password used by him for identification on the Company's website;
2.3. The Client undertakes to ensure due diligence when storing and using the login and password (including, but not limited to: use licensed anti-virus programs, use complex alphanumeric combinations when creating a password, not provide third parties with a computer or other equipment with entered on it login and password of the Client, etc.).
2.4. The Company is not responsible for the loss by the Client of his Registration Data, including due to fraudulent actions of third parties.
2.5. In the event that the Company establishes fraudulent actions in relation to the Client's Personal Account by third parties, as a result of which material damage will be caused to the Client, the Company shall not reimburse such to the Client.
2.6. The Company strongly recommends that the Client, when registering on the site, indicate the personal mobile phone number, and when it changes, immediately report the changes.
By indicating the personal mobile phone number during registration, the Client enjoys the following benefits:
• the ability to regain control over your Personal Account (recover your password even if you lose access to your e-mail address);
• the possibility of authorization by phone number;
• the ability to send via SMS messages the coupon number, its pin code and booking code (without printing it on the printer);
• when you recover your password, you will receive an SMS notification;
• when calling from the phone number you specified to the customer support service, reduce the time for service (you will not have to dictate an e-mail address).
3.1. When registering on the Company's Website, the Client provides the following information: last name, first name, e-mail address, password to access the Website.

3.2. When placing an order, the Client may provide the following information: last name, first name, middle name, address for delivery of orders, contact phone number.
3.3. By providing their personal data at the registration on the Company's website, the Client agrees to get processed for an indefinite period in order to fulfill the Company's obligations to the Client, provide services, provide them with reference information, as well as to promote goods, works and services, and also agrees to receive SMS and emails.
4.1. The Company uses the data provided by the Client during the entire period of registration of the Client on the Site in order to:
• for registration/authorization of the Client on the Site;
• to process the Client's orders and fulfill its obligations to the Client;
• to carry out activities to promote goods and services;
• analysis of the customer's purchasing characteristics and provision of personal recommendations;
• for the client's participation in the loyalty program;
• to inform the client about promotions, discounts and special offers through electronic and SMS mailings.
4.2. Unsubscribing from mailing lists is possible at any time in the "My Account" section by selecting the necessary mailing lists, or completely unsubscribing from mailing lists using the tools offered on the site and in the mobile application. You can unsubscribe from mailing lists at any time.
5.1. The Company undertakes not to transfer the information received from the Client to any third parties. It is not considered a violation to provide information by the Company to agents and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Company in order to fulfill obligations to the Client and only within the framework of agreements.
5.2. It is not considered a breach of obligation to share information in accordance with the reasonable and applicable requirements of the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
5.3. The Company is not responsible for the information provided by the Client on the Site in a public form.
5.4. When processing personal data, the Company takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.
